Chimichurri Steak Sauce

There are lots of different theories about where Chimichurri originally came from, but it is hailed as an Argentine invention, a perfect comination of herbs, vinegar and oil that pairs excellently with steak.

There are, however lots of different versions, most likely you have seen the green version which is widely seen in restaurants and sold in shops. In this video we tell you a bit more about this fabulous sauce and why the Chimichurri in La Posta is so different.
