Pork Fans Only

It’s always fun when we get a new dish on the menu, and while beef will always be the main meat on our menu, it’s nice to have a change - especially when it tastes this good! Spanish pork ribs are now available in the restaurant, slow cooked in our signature salt-crust style, and the best thing about this pork dish is that you don’t have to order in advance (unlike the suckling pig) this dish is ready when you are, for dine-in or takeaway.
