Which steak to choose?

We are answering some of the most common questions we get asked at La Posta, starting with “Which is the best steak to choose?” Lots of you ask this when you come in, and the truth is, it really depends what you are looking for. If you want something juicy, fatty and full of flavour we would recommend trying the beef ribs, but if you want something lean, flavoursome and great for sharing then the best steak would be the flank.
